한국 교육부와 중국 교육부는 코로나19 상황의 심각성을 공유하고, 자국의 유학생을보호하기 위한 조치에 대해 협의를 진행하여, 양국 유학생의 출국을 자제하도록 권고하는 등 관련 합의 사항을 다음과 같이 알려드립니다.

한·중 유학생 상호 출·입국 자제 권고 합의 사항

한국 교육부와 중국 교육부는 다음사항에 합의한다.
1. 학생들의 건강과 안전을 최우선으로 보호한다.
2. 지금부터 한국(중국) 교육부는 코로나19 상황이 안정될 때까지 중국(한국) 대학 소속 한국(중국) 유학생이 중국(한국)으로 출국하는 것을 자제하도록 권고한다.
- 이를 위해, 한국(중국) 대학이 소속 중국(한국) 유학생에게 코로나19 상황이 안정될 때까지 한국(중국)으로의 입국 자제를 권고하도록 한다.
3. 이번 조치로 학생들에게 발생될 수 있는 불이익이 최소화될 수 있도록 최대한 노력한다.

The Korean Ministry of Education and the Chinese Ministry of Education share the seriousness of the situation in COVID 19, discuss the measures to protect their students, and recommend students from both countries refrain from leaving the country.

Agreement on Recommendations for Restrictions on Mutual Entry between Korea and China

The Korean Ministry of Education and the Chinese Ministry of Education agree on the following points.

1. Protect students' health and safety as a top priority.

2. From now on, the Korean (Chinese) Ministry of Education recommends that Korean (Chinese) students from Chinese (Korean) universities refrain from leaving for China (Korea) until the COVID-19 situation settles down.

  - To this end, Korean (Chinese) Universities should advise its Chinese (Korea) students to refrain from entering Korea (China) until the situation stabilizes. 

3. Make every effort to minimize the disadvantages that students may face with.
